Sick dog update.

Puppy has pancreatitis. For the last week he has been on rest and meds with no visible improvement. Our vet recommended hospitalization, and gives our 14 year old friend 50/50 odds, which is enough for me to spend Sunchaser money on him.

Here he is in better days. Wish him luck.

I can't offer any personal insight other than to say that I've had more than a few experiences with dogs where I'd happily having taken 50/50 odds, but things worked out anyway, so I hope he pulls through.

Awww - good luck to the little guy. My little girl is turning 11 next month and I frequently worry about having to make a call like that.
